Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the status of your delivery.

AlureRiders is not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in your country. All charges imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
